  Reference checks are made on all potential Tenants via an extensive application form with the following: 

• A local debt collection agency 

• Present or former Landlords 

• Current employer: salary confirmation and references. 

Once an evaluation to secure a suitable Tenant is complete. Landlords are presented with detailed written offer sheet about each potential Tenant.
